Q Is setting up a NiceRink™ so difficult that it requires a professional installer?
A Absolutely not. At NiceRink™ we strive to make setting up our rinks as easy as possible. That is why we developed the patented NiceRink™ Bracket system. However, any project of this size takes time and an extra pair of hands is always helpful. Busy people who would rather spend their time skating, prefer using these services.

Q Why doesn't NiceRink™ warrant work done by listed contractors?
A NiceRink™ cannot warrant work done by listed contractors as they are independent businesses and do not work for NiceRink™. However, we monitor our contractors and will respond by removing them from the list should a validated complaint be received.

Q How do I know that a listed contractor is giving me the best price?
A Prices for services will vary from location to location and between contractors. Always check the price prior to authorizing any work. Check several contractors listed in your area before deciding.

Q Do listed contractors provide services other than those connected with NiceRink™?
A Most listed contractors have a regular business in addition to providing NiceRink™ Services such as landscaping.
